Six considered stages — from a free introduction call through to annual reviews. You're in control at every step.
A free initial 15-minute phone or video call to understand who we are, what we do, and your current position, goals and concerns. We'll discuss the types of advice you might benefit from, costs involved, and whether formal advice will help.
A detailed conversation about your financial position — super, assets, investments, liabilities, income, expenses, estate matters, risk profile, insurance needs. You'll receive a report on your current position plus a Letter of Engagement with proposed advice areas and fees.
This meeting is charged at $550 incl. GST. The cost is deducted from any formal advice fees if you proceed with an advice package.
Once you and your Adviser have agreed on the areas of advice you need, you sign the Letter of Engagement. Your Adviser then arranges a Strategy Meeting to discuss preferences, prioritise goals, dig into insurance needs and ensure the advice meets your objectives.
Your Adviser works through the formal research process — analysing your existing products, cash flow, risk position, and insurance needs. They model your current position and compare alternatives to ensure the most beneficial and appropriate advice is provided. We'll consult with your Accountant or Solicitor as needed.
Our Paraplanners prepare your formal Statement of Advice — recommendations, reasons, benefits, risks, alternatives and costs. Your Adviser walks you through the advice, adjusts as needed, and sends documents for electronic sign-off. The process typically takes 2–4 weeks.
We prepare paperwork and applications and send them for your review and sign-off. Our team coordinates with insurance underwriters, super funds, investment providers, and other specialists — keeping you updated throughout. Implementation typically takes 4–6 weeks.
This is by far the most important stage.
Depending on complexity, this may include annual, quarterly or monthly reviews — plus ongoing monitoring of your position and investments. Your Adviser regularly reviews your super, investments, insurances and annual tax returns. We let you know about legislative changes, identify new opportunities, and flag any new gaps or risks.
At least once a year, your Adviser sits with you (online, phone or in-person) for a full personal and financial review.
